  • Gala Only and Virtual Only registration and payment deadline: 24 September 2026 at 19:00 WAT (18:00 UTC).
  • Non-refundable: All delegate passes are non-refundable. Transfers are allowed up to 14 days before the event.
  • Full Conference and Team bookings are closed to new registrations. No new installment offers are available; existing bookings retain their payment rights.
  • APPOEMN membership must be active at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate.
  • Gala red carpet: Opens at 4:00 PM WAT on Thursday 24 September 2026 at La Madison Place, Block 2, Plot 1, Okunade Bluewaters Scheme, Oniru, Lagos. The State Banquet theme is An Evening of Heritage, Honour & Distinction — regal, cultural and contemporary; dress guidance is Nigerian State Elegance.
